2 More Impaired Drivers

(OXFORD COUNTY, ON) Members of the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to two separate incidents this past Saturday morning, resulting in impaired driving charges.
On February 22, 2025, at approximately 7:30 a.m., members of Oxford OPP were dispatched to a traffic complaint, on the westbound lanes of Highway 401, in the Township of South-West Oxford.
As a result of the investigation, Desiree LUMLEY, a 28-year-old resident of London has been charged with:
Operation While Impaired
Operation While Impaired Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) 80 plus
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, in Woodstock on April 1, 2025.
Approximately one hour later, at approximately 8:30 a.m., members of Oxford OPP were dispatched to another traffic complaint, this time on the eastbound lanes of Highway 401, in the Township of South-West Oxford.
As a result of the investigation, Me-Me-Keau, a 38-year-old resident of London has been charged with:
Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
Operation While Impaired
Take Motor Vehicle Without Consent
Theft Under $5000
Drive While Under Suspension
Drive Motor Vehicle Without a Licence
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, in Woodstock on April 8, 2025.
