39 Year Old Arrested In Wasaga Beach Details Released

(WASAGA BEACH, ON) The Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one individual with impaired driving related charges after an officer conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle operating without rear lights.
On March 6, 2025, at approximately 12:45 a.m., Huronia West OPP officers conducted a traffic stop while on general patrol on Mosley Street in Wasaga Beach. After a brief discussion with the driver, the officer conducted an impaired driving investigation. As a result, Julia MACFARLAND, 39-year-old of Clearview Township, was arrested and has been charged with the following:
· Adult Operation while Impaired Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
